Milk Shake

Milk Shake using Taj Badam Pista flavor, amazing rich taste with almond and pitachio.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups full Cream Milk
  • 2 tbsp condensed Milk (optional, otherwise add 2 tsp of sugar)
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • 20 Pistachios
  • 10 cashews
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • Saffron strands as needed
  • 2 drops rose water
  • 67 ice cubes (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Taj badam pista syrup

Process Steps :

  • Soak the almonds, pistachios and cashews in hot water and leave aside for an hour.
  • Chop a few almonds and pistachios and keep aside for garnishing.
  • After an hour, peel the almonds. Blend the almonds, pistachios and cashews into a fine paste in a blender.
  • Add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk, rose water,taj badam pista syrup and crushed ice and blend again.
  • Keep blending until the ingredients have mixed well.
  • Taste to check the texture and blend in some more milk or condensed milk accordingly.
  • Garnish with the chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • Top the milk shake with a few strands of saffron and serve.
